The ECLIM 2024 will be hosted by Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon.

The Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), created in 1911, is a reputed school of engineering, science and technology in Portugal. With three conveniently located campi ('Alameda' in Lisbon, 'Taguspark' in Oeiras, and “Tecnológico” in Sacavém), IST consists of 11 Departments and 20 R&D centres.

The conference will be held at the IST Congress Centre

Located in the IST Alameda campus, the Congress Centre shares every facility commonly found in a modern university. In particular, it has excellent accessibility, either by metro, bus or train, several hotels and student university rooms are within 5-10 min. walking distance. The conference site will provide adjacent rooms to the lecture room, for posters, exhibitions, coffee-breaks, lunch and standard internet facilities.

The IST campus is very conveniently located in the town, at a close distance from its historical centre and from the airport, being served by a nearby metro station (Saldanha, at the crossing of the Red and the Yellow lines).

A social program is also being scheduled and the Conference should run in a pleasant and relaxed environment, in a host city that is also rather attractive, steeped in culture and history, overlooking the impressive river Tagus on its final stretch towards the sea.
